    • To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase is required for all replacement requests.

  2. Refund Policy:

    • We do not offer refunds for any reason other than product defects or damages.

    • All sales are final, and we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or preference.

  3. Cancellation:

    • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before they are processed for shipping. Once the order is processed, cancellations are not permitted.

  4. Process for Replacement:

    • Provide details of the issue along with photographic evidence if applicable.

  5. Shipping Costs:

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items to AutoRepute for replacement.

    • We will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item back to the customer.
